Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in analytics, data modeling, or business intelligence development
  • Technical Skills: PowerBI, Python, PowerQuery, Excel, Salesforce, Cognos, SmartSheet
  • Business Skills: Understanding of sales processes, incentive plans, requirement gathering, and project estimation
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, curiosity, effective communication, and project management skills
  • Currently live in the Chicagoland area (not remote)
  • Willingness to travel up to 5%

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using PowerBI, Cognos, and Excel
  • Develop and support ETL processes and data models to ensure accurate and timely data availability
  • Architect data solutions to integrate multiple sources including Salesforce and SmartSheet
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing dashboards, reports, and data pipelines
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights
  • Support tools for Sales Incentives and Sales Analysis, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Provide project timeline estimation and manage deliverables within agreed timelines
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards
