Requirements

Experience in delivery of S/4HANA enabled transformation programmes, specializing in S/4HANA Finance including central finance
Strong knowledge of S/4HANA configuration and best practices, with background in S/4HANA Finance including FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-GL, CO, and central finance
Demonstrable experience of Agile working practices on SAP implementations, including planning activities
Experience facilitating high-level and detailed design workshops, collecting business requirements, and mapping business processes
Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for various audiences
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency)
Project-related mobility/willingness to travel
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) working with client stakeholders to development teams
Strong client-facing skills and ability to lead a workstream through all phases of SAP implementation
Leadership experience as a stream lead at CIO/CTO level in major client organizations

Responsibilities

Design and configure the core Finance solution across FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-GL along with CO
Lead pre-sales conversations and help clients shape their Finance Transformation journey roadmap
Lead a workstream comprised of on- and off-shore resources
Facilitate high-level and detailed design workshops for functional area; collect business requirements and map out business processes
Design end-to-end solutions and ensure all deliverables produced by team are consistent with design principles, standards, and methodologies
Lead or participate in practice development activities supporting sales activities and internal capability development
Lead Infosys Consulting operations relating to market development and/or service delivery excellence
