Requirements

Experience delivering S/4HANA enabled transformation programmes, specializing in S/4HANA Finance including central finance
Ability to design and configure core Finance solution across FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-GL along with CO
Experience leading pre-sales conversations and helping clients shape their Finance Transformation journey roadmap
Experience leading a workstream comprised of on- and off-shore resources
Ability to facilitate high level and detailed design workshops, collect business requirements, and map out business processes
Experience designing end-to-end solutions and ensuring deliverables align with design principles, standards, and methodologies
Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for various audiences
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency)
Project-related mobility/willingness to travel
Strong knowledge of S/4HANA configuration and best practices, with background in S/4HANA Finance including central finance
Demonstrable experience of Agile working practices on SAP implementations, including activity planning
Experience facilitating design workshops and translating requirements into design
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) when working with client stakeholders to development teams
Strong client-facing skills and ability to lead a workstream through all phases of SAP implementation
Leadership in architect community, passion for technology, business acumen, and experience as stream lead at CIO/CTO level
Ability to lead Infosys Consulting operations related to market development and/or service delivery excellence
Seen as a role model in the community
