Requirements

Experience in delivery of S/4HANA enabled transformation programmes, specializing in S/4HANA Finance including central finance
Ability to design and configure core Finance solution across FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-GL along with CO
Experience leading pre-sales conversations and helping clients shape their Finance Transformation journey roadmap
Proven experience leading a workstream with on- and off-shore resources
Experience facilitating high-level and detailed design workshops, collecting business requirements, and mapping business processes
Ability to design end-to-end solutions ensuring consistency with design principles, standards, and methodologies
Experience leading or participating in practice development activities supporting sales and internal capability development
Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for diverse audiences
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency)
Project-related mobility/willingness to travel
Strong knowledge of S/4HANA configuration and best practices, with background in S/4HANA Finance including central finance
Demonstrable experience of Agile working practices on SAP implementations, including activity planning
Experience facilitating design workshops and translating requirements into design
Strong client-facing skills and ability to lead a workstream through all phases of SAP implementation

Responsibilities

Delivery of S/4HANA enabled transformation programmes specializing in S/4HANA Finance including central finance
Design and configure the core Finance solution across FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-GL along with CO
Lead pre-sales conversations and help clients shape their Finance Transformation journey roadmap
Lead a workstream comprised of on- and off-shore resources
Facilitate high-level and detailed design workshops for functional area, collecting business requirements and mapping business processes
Design end-to-end solutions and ensure all team deliverables are consistent with design principles, standards, and methodologies
Lead or participate in practice development activities supporting sales activities and internal capability development
Lead Infosys Consulting operations relating to market development and/or service delivery excellence
Work as a stream lead at CIO/CTO level in major client organizations
