Roasted Bean Fountain Worker - MGM Springfield at MGM Resorts International

The starting rate is $17.30 per hour, with estimated annual tips ranging from $0 to $2,100. Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage, and overtime is paid in accordance with state requirements.

This is an on-site part-time position at MGM Springfield in Springfield, Massachusetts, with 8-hour shifts between 6am-10:45pm, including variable shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates need a High School Diploma or GED and one year of experience as a food handler in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant is preferred. Key skills include accurate order taking and serving, cash handling, maintaining cleanliness, inventory management, and resolving guest complaints.
