Requirements

  • Must have three months of consecutive work history with one employer within the last 12 months and/or participating in relevant training/schooling in the last 12 months
  • Must be able to push and pull v-mags of product weighing up to 250 lbs. and load v-mags into bucket lift
  • Must be able to read and write to adjust settings on touch display of machinery, log temperature of batches, record downtime, and take drop weights of product
  • Must be able to climb steps to manually push product into the machine
  • Must be able to stand and bend for 100% of production hours
  • Must be able to work in a dusty environment and in temperatures of 50 degrees F or less, including wet floor surfaces
  • Must work at a fast pace, be neat with paperwork, and keep work area clean
  • Must be willing to wear all proper safety equipment
  • Must be willing to work weekends when required
  • Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate equipment (Revo or Formax) that forms or molds ingredients used in the manufacturing of food products to customer specifications
  • Add ingredients or product into machine
  • Load v-mags into bucket lift
  • Adjust weights of formed product
  • Monitor the processing of the product
  • Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to Tyson policies and procedures
  • Log temperature of batches, record downtime, and take drop weights of product
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
