Requirements
- Access to own vehicle and full driving licence
- Prior experience in a customer facing setting (fashion brands a plus)
- Sales and/or retail sales experience preferred
- Access to Apple or Android smartphone (Android 8.1 or later OR Apple iOS 13.4 or later)
- Customer-focused with friendly, polite, professional, and positive attitude
- Tech savvy (desirable, as apps are used)
- Availability for shift pattern: 3.5 hours Monday, 3.5 hours Friday, 2.5 hours Saturday (9.5 hours per week total)
- Based in Lisburn but able to travel to different stores within zone
- Available to start as soon as possible; no leave authorised in December
Responsibilities
- Provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise in retail stores
- Merchandise product according to visual merchandising guidelines
- Put out deliveries of new stock
- Maintain housekeeping standards
- Set up promotional activities
- Work with host management teams to build relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales
