Requirements
- Access to own vehicle and full driving licence
- Availability for shift pattern: 2 Monday, 2 Wednesday, 2 Thursday, 3 Friday (9 hours per week)
- Based in Cardiff with ability to travel to different stores within zone
- Available to start as soon as possible
- No leave authorised in December due to Christmas period
- Customer-focused with friendly, polite, professional, and positive attitude
- Prior experience in a customer-facing setting (fashion brands a plus)
- Sales and/or retail sales experience preferred
- Access to Apple or Android smartphone (Android 8.1 or later OR iOS 13.4 or later)
- Tech savvy (desirable, as multiple apps are used)
Responsibilities
- Provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise in retail stores
- Merchandise products according to visual merchandising guidelines
- Put out deliveries of new stock
- Maintain housekeeping standards
- Set up promotional activities
- Work with host management teams to build relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales
- Complete full shifts during store opening hours (flexible start/finish times)
- Work alongside Team Leader for coaching and support
