Requirements
- Access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence
- Prior experience in a customer facing setting (fashion brands are a plus)
- Sales and/or retail sales experience preferred
- Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with Android 8.1 or later OR Apple iOS 13.4 or later
- Customer-focused with a friendly, polite, professional, and positive attitude
- Tech savvy (desirable, as apps are used)
- Availability for 1.5 hours per week on Fridays, with flexibility during store opening hours
- Ability to travel to different stores within your zone (based in Roscrea)
- No leave authorised in December due to busy Christmas period
Responsibilities
- Provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise in retail stores
- Merchandise products according to visual merchandising guidelines
- Put out deliveries of new stock
- Maintain housekeeping standards
- Set up promotional activities
- Work with host management teams to build relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales
- Work alongside a Team Leader for coaching and support
