Responsibilities

Coordinate with external stakeholders, including legal counsel, the board of directors, and the compliance team, to ensure alignment on risk and regulatory requirements
Support internal stakeholders in clinical leadership, products, revenue cycle management (RCM), and patient relations to integrate compliance considerations into daily operations and strategic initiatives
Participate in ongoing risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and operational vulnerabilities
Coordinate key compliance and risk-related projects, including: internal and external audit programs, incident investigations and root cause analyses, implementation of new policies and updates stemming from changes in laws and regulations
Maintain timelines, assign responsibilities, and track progress to ensure timely delivery and measurable outcomes
Execute priority tasks and initiatives based on a structured assessment of risk, business impact, and implementation effort
Provide regular reports and updates to leadership and stakeholders on project status, risk metrics, and audit outcomes
Collaborate with the legal department to execute assigned projects and initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
