Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, including legal counsel, the board of directors, and the compliance team, to ensure alignment on risk and regulatory requirements
  • Support internal stakeholders in clinical leadership, products, revenue cycle management (RCM), and patient relations to integrate compliance considerations into daily operations and strategic initiatives
  • Participate in ongoing risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and operational vulnerabilities
  • Coordinate key compliance and risk-related projects, including: internal and external audit programs, incident investigations and root cause analyses, implementation of new policies and updates stemming from changes in laws and regulations
  • Maintain timelines, assign responsibilities, and track progress to ensure timely delivery and measurable outcomes
  • Execute priority tasks and initiatives based on a structured assessment of risk, business impact, and implementation effort
  • Provide regular reports and updates to leadership and stakeholders on project status, risk metrics, and audit outcomes
  • Collaborate with the legal department to execute assigned projects and initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
