Requirements

  • Valid California Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) Permit without work restriction
  • Valid California Exposed Firearms Permit
  • Valid California Guard Card
  • Ability to pass an extensive background check and drug screening
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Flexible availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred
  • Ability to see, hear, speak, and write clearly to communicate
  • Ability to hear conversations in noisy environments
  • Ability to twist, turn, bend, stand, climb stairs, walk, squat, and kneel

Responsibilities

  • Providing close protection to clients at residential properties
  • Ensuring the overall safety and security of assigned residential properties
  • Monitoring security systems and conducting regular patrols
  • Responding to and addressing security incidents and emergencies
  • Interacting with residents, visitors, and contractors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Completing accurate and detailed incident reports
  • Conducting inspections of residential properties to identify and mitigate potential security risks
  • Collaborating with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services
  • Following all company policies and procedures
  • Performing other job-related duties as assigned
