Requirements

Valid California Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) Permit without work restriction
Valid California Exposed Firearms Permit
Valid California Guard Card
Ability to pass an extensive background check and drug screening
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Flexible availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred
Ability to see, hear, speak, and write clearly to communicate
Ability to hear conversations in noisy environments
Ability to twist, turn, bend, stand, climb stairs, walk, squat, and kneel

Responsibilities

Providing close protection to clients at residential properties
Ensuring the overall safety and security of assigned residential properties
Monitoring security systems and conducting regular patrols
Responding to and addressing security incidents and emergencies
Interacting with residents, visitors, and contractors in a professional and courteous manner
Completing accurate and detailed incident reports
Conducting inspections of residential properties to identify and mitigate potential security risks
Collaborating with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services
Following all company policies and procedures
Performing other job-related duties as assigned
