Licensed Clinician - Telehealth (Alabama)

Position Overview

Thriveworks is seeking independently licensed clinicians to provide telehealth services in Alabama. We are a clinician-founded and clinician-led organization dedicated to transforming mental health care. What We’re Looking For

• Independently licensed clinicians in Alabama (LICSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist).
• Must live and be licensed in the state of Alabama.
• Providers willing to see 25+ sessions per week.
• Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children with support).
• Clinicians who value autonomy and enjoy being part of a team.
• Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles.
• Individuals with strong character, integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care.

Compensation

• Up to $100,300, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
