Licensed Clinician - Telehealth (Indiana)

Position Overview

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Indiana. We are a clinician-founded and clinician-led organization dedicated to transforming mental health care. We offer a supportive environment, tools, and community to foster fulfilling, long-term careers.

We are hiring independently licensed clinicians in Indiana who are eager to make a difference and grow with us. We are particularly interested in:

• Providers willing to see 25+ sessions per week.
• Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with our support).
• Clinicians who value autonomy and enjoy being part of a team.
• Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles.
• Individuals with strong character, valuing integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LISW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist in Indiana.
• Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided.

Compensation

• Up to $100,300, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
