Licensed Clinician - Telehealth (Idaho)

Position Overview

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions to clients in Idaho. As a clinician-founded national private practice group operating in 48 states, our mission is to help people live happy, successful lives. We prioritize client accessibility, integrity, and quality care, which we achieve by supporting our clinicians and allowing them to focus on their expertise.

Requirements

  • Licensure: Must hold one of the following independent licenses in Idaho:
    • LCSW
    • LMFT
    • LCPC
    • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
  • Must be licensed and residing in the state of Idaho.
  • Willingness to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
  • Behavioral Health Generalist – open to seeing couples and/or children.
  • Individuals looking for growth into leadership roles/supervisory positions are encouraged.
  • Self-guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours.
  • Strong character, including integrity, honesty, adaptability, and a commitment to quality of care.
  • Enjoy being part of a team and working collaboratively for professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Provide telehealth sessions to clients in Idaho.
  • Maintain high standards of clinical care and ethical practice.
  • Complete clinical notes within 24 hours.
  • Collaborate with team members for professional development.

Compensation

  • Up to $105,400 annually, dependent on licensure, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
