Licensed Clinician - Telehealth (Arkansas)

Position Overview

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions to clients in Arkansas. As a clinician-founded national private practice group operating in 48 states, our mission is to help people live happy, successful lives. Requirements

• Licensure: Must possess one of the following independent licenses in Arkansas:
  • LCSW
  • LMFT
  • LPC
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
• Residency: Clinicians must be licensed and residing in the state of Arkansas.
• Commitment: Willingness to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
• Partnership: Seeking individuals who desire a true partnership.
• Flexibility: Open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided).
• Growth: Candidates interested in potential leadership or supervisory roles are encouraged.
• Self-Discipline: Demonstrated ability to complete notes within 24 hours.
• Character: Strong character including integrity, honesty, adaptability, and a commitment to quality of care.
• Teamwork: Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to professional development.

Compensation

• Up to $156,200 annually, dependent on licensure, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
