Licensed Clinician - Telehealth (Arkansas)

Position Overview

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions to clients in Arkansas. As a clinician-founded national private practice group operating in 48 states, our mission is to help people live happy, successful lives. We prioritize client accessibility, integrity, and quality care, achieved by supporting our clinicians and allowing them to focus on their expertise.

Requirements

  • Licensure: Must possess one of the following independent licenses in Arkansas:
    • LCSW
    • LMFT
    • LPC
    • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
  • Residency: Clinicians must be licensed and residing in the state of Arkansas.
  • Commitment: Willingness to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
  • Partnership: Seeking individuals who desire a true partnership.
  • Flexibility: Open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided).
  • Growth: Candidates interested in potential leadership or supervisory roles are encouraged.
  • Self-Discipline: Demonstrated ability to complete notes within 24 hours.
  • Character: Strong character including integrity, honesty, adaptability, and a commitment to quality of care.
  • Teamwork: Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to professional development.

Compensation

  • Up to $156,200 annually, dependent on licensure, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
