Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, with ongoing or completed Master's degree (equivalent experience in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering also considered)
  • Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools
  • Ability and curiosity about teamwork

  • Study abroad experience (ERASMUS+ or similar)
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical/food industry
  • Problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Gain knowledge of TPM and Lean Management principles through training and practical experience
  • Plan activities, lead resources, and transfer knowledge between maintenance and production teams
  • Support the team in supervising project progress, ensuring alignment with priorities and company quality standards
  • Actively monitor TPM projects to meet goals and maintain quality standards
  • Participate in internal and client meetings to contribute to discussions on technical topics, propose technical solutions, and share knowledge for decision-making
  • Develop knowledge in Data Integrity and GMP standards to ensure proper execution of controls in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Update procedures by drafting and revising them as needed in compliance with GMP standards
  • Assist in conducting departmental investigations and contribute to the identification and resolution of quality-related issues
  • Gain knowledge of company targets for On Time Delivery (OTD) and Right First Time (RFT) for project activities
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve OTD and RFT targets while developing proficiencies in Continuous Improvement and LEAN processes
