Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, with ongoing or completed Master's degree (equivalent experience in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering also considered)
Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools
Ability and curiosity about teamwork
Desirable
Study abroad experience (ERASMUS+ or similar)
Understanding of the pharmaceutical/food industry
Problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Gain knowledge of TPM and Lean Management principles through training and practical experience
Plan activities, lead resources, and transfer knowledge between maintenance and production teams
Support the team in supervising project progress, ensuring alignment with priorities and company quality standards
Actively monitor TPM projects to meet goals and maintain quality standards
Participate in internal and client meetings to contribute to discussions on technical topics, propose technical solutions, and share knowledge for decision-making
Develop knowledge in Data Integrity and GMP standards to ensure proper execution of controls in compliance with regulatory requirements
Update procedures by drafting and revising them as needed in compliance with GMP standards
Assist in conducting departmental investigations and contribute to the identification and resolution of quality-related issues
Gain knowledge of company targets for On Time Delivery (OTD) and Right First Time (RFT) for project activities
Collaborate with the team to achieve OTD and RFT targets while developing proficiencies in Continuous Improvement and LEAN processes
