Requirements

Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Engineering
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment
P.Eng considered an asset
Intermediate to advanced user within CMMS system (Oracle eAM 12.2 preferred, SAP, etc.)
Ability to interpret P&ID drawings (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, etc.)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

Develop, monitor, and continuously improve an Asset Management Plan, including a Risk Management Plan, Asset Operating Plan, and Asset Maintenance Plan
Accountable for the deployment, development, enhancement, support, and maintenance of all Oracle eAM 12.2 Master Data
Develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures and other problems affecting plant operations (availability, performance, capacity, quality, cost, or regulatory compliance)
Perform RCFA on unscheduled delays exceeding threshold criteria, track action items, complete effectiveness evaluations, and drive resolution
Evaluate and implement CBM technologies and PdM where applicable (acoustic emissions, alignment, dynamic balancing, infrared thermography, motor circuit analysis, oil analysis, ultrasonic, vibration analysis)
Support the capital project process and collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, Quality, and Projects to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations
Contribute to planning of production capacity based on analysis of preventive maintenance requirements, repair histories, and inspection reports
Identify potential for cost reduction through extended parts life, reduced labor cost, and other material-related improvement techniques
