Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership in designing and executing the Regulatory Assurance Methodology (1LOD) with a focus on regulatory change
  • Lead and manage global regulatory assurance projects, including planning and conducting assurance reviews
  • Identify and assess control gaps and regulatory risks as laws and regulations evolve
  • Apply regulatory and technical expertise to evaluate compliance impacts of new rules, products, and services
  • Collaborate with senior management and global regulators to communicate assurance results and compliance strategies
  • Ensure consistent execution of the Regulatory Change Management Standard across the organization
  • Drive continuous improvement through risk trend analysis, working groups, and process enhancements
  • Manage assurance project pipelines and perform special projects as assigned
