Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
10+ years of experience in regulatory assurance, compliance risk management, or internal audit
Professional certifications (CPA, CIA, CISA, ACA, ACCA) preferred
Deep expertise in regulatory compliance within financial services, including financial and non-financial risk areas
Strong understanding of corporate compliance programs and enterprise risk management frameworks
Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver results in an agile, fast-paced environment
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills, including advanced report writing
Leadership capabilities to set goals, manage resources, and influence stakeholders

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership in designing and executing the Regulatory Assurance Methodology (1LOD) with a focus on regulatory change
Lead and manage global regulatory assurance projects, including planning and conducting assurance reviews
Identify and assess control gaps and regulatory risks as laws and regulations evolve
Apply regulatory and technical expertise to evaluate compliance impacts of new rules, products, and services
Collaborate with senior management and global regulators to communicate assurance results and compliance strategies
Ensure consistent execution of the Regulatory Change Management Standard across the organization
Drive continuous improvement through risk trend analysis, working groups, and process enhancements
Manage assurance project pipelines and perform special projects as assigned
