Responsibilities

  • Work autonomously
  • Assess care needs of dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans for dialysis patients
  • Juggle technical nursing aspects while providing holistic care
  • Work in a dialysis unit with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio, supported by HCAs, across various shifts Monday to Saturday (37.5 hours/week)
