Compensation is up to $60,500 based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
The role requires full-time availability (30 hours/week) with a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Gainesville, FL. Candidates must reside within 45 minutes of the office, work in the office during the probationary period, and then follow a hybrid model of 50% in office and 50% remote.
Candidates must be provisionally licensed as a Registered Mental Health Intern (RMHI) pursuing Florida LMHC licensure, a graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program, with graduate or post-graduate experience treating depression and anxiety. Preferred experience includes independently conducting intakes and diagnosing per DSM-5 under supervision.
