  • Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
  • Seeking licensure as LMHC in Florida
  • Full-time availability (30 hours/week: 25+ client visits and 5 hours administrative time including supervisory meetings)
  • Reside within 45 minutes of the Gainesville, FL office location
  • Ability to work in the office during probationary period, then hybrid model (50% in office, 50% remote)
  • Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety
  • Preferred: Graduate or post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor
  • Behavioral health generalist (open to seeing couples/children)
  • Strong character: integrity, openness, commitment to quality care
  • Flexibility in work schedule
  • Must live in the state where services are provided (Florida)

Responsibilities

  • Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions
  • Deliver exceptional mental health care, including treating depression and anxiety (and potentially couples/children)
  • Conduct intakes and diagnose (preferred, under supervision)
  • Participate in supervisory meetings, peer consultations, and professional development
  • Build and manage caseload (with support for no-shows and build within 90 days of credentialing)
  • Work 25+ client visits per week
