- Provide dietary counseling and support to patients with severe mental illness
- Conduct behavioral assessments to understand patients' health and behavioral needs
- Coordinate tailored health coaching plans
- Implement coaching plans using behavior change principles
- Support behavioral interventions related to dietary modification plans
- Monitor and evaluate patient interventions and outcomes
- Lead daily and weekly group activities to incorporate light movement and physical wellness
- Coordinate with the psychiatrist, therapists, and support teams
- Participate in research projects
