Provisionally licensed as a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern (RCSWI) in Florida, approved by the board
Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
Seeking licensure as a Licensed Social Work Candidate in Florida
Must live within 45 minutes of the West Palm Beach, FL office location
Full-time availability (30 hours/week: 25+ client visits with 5 hours administrative time including supervisory meetings)
Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety (required)
Graduate or post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor (preferred)
Behavioral health generalist (open to seeing couples/children with support)
Strong character: integrity, openness, commitment to quality care
Flexibility in work schedule
Ability to work in the office during probationary period, then hybrid model (50% in office, 50% remote)

Responsibilities

Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face therapy sessions
Conduct client visits (25+ per week)
Participate in administrative time including supervisory meetings (5 hours/week)
Treat clients, including depression, anxiety, couples, and children
Conduct intakes and diagnose according to DSM-5 (preferred experience)
