Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of sales success, ideally in CRS Distribution or adjacent technologies, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. They should possess numerical abilities – analytical, inquisitive, and used to working on ROI, competency in prioritization and time management, proficiency in a second language for business beyond English, and experience using CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com. Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels are also required.
The Regional Sales Manager will be primarily responsible for growth and revenue generation from Sabre Hospitality sales to new logos (hotel chains) within assigned territories in the European region, leading, growing, and providing sales and development opportunities. They will execute to achieve individual sales targets, monitor progress, meet targets in profitability, revenue growth, and revenue recognition, develop and manage trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders, prepare and deliver successful sales approaches, work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to win new business and facilitate onboarding, utilize Salesforce.com to track activities, provide regular forecasts and updates, track and analyze the competition, market opportunities, and activities, assist in lead generating activities, and support industry trade shows/events.
