Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification, along with at least two years of prior experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry, and potentially a certificate. Prior experience in regulatory affairs is preferred. Strong organizational and planning skills, good electronic document production skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office software, and good attention to detail are required.
The Regulatory Affairs Assistant will provide administrative support to the department, including travel arrangements, coordination of expenses, meeting planning, and preparation of presentations. They will manage the document archiving and retrieval process, maintain archive areas, assist in the management of SOPs/WPDs, assist in revision and maintenance of department webpages, assist with maintenance of utilization/resourcing tools, and assist with archiving of documents and submissions. Additionally, the role involves supporting the management of regulatory documents, tools, and websites, and providing assistance with documentation.
