Responsibilities

Review medical documentation from clinics to ensure all required information is complete and meets internal standards
Contact medical suppliers by phone to confirm they can service specific referrals
Send referrals via fax or email to the appropriate medical suppliers
Follow up regularly with suppliers to confirm receipt, processing, and delivery of referred orders
Identify and escalate issues with referrals or supplier performance to team leadership
Support team growth by helping train and onboard new referral team members
