Master’s in Organic/Inorganic/Polymer chemistry
2-4 years of industrial experience

Responsibilities

Follow all safety policies and guidelines during lab work and site visits
Ability to quickly learn processes, software’s and deliver on the objectives impactfully
Assessment and qualification of various raw materials, development of lab test protocols for new raws qualification for approval of a new supplier
Requires working on benches, conducting wet chemistry experiments, 60-80% of time depending on needs
Conduct product formulation preparations, product stability studies with other chemicals/materials, product stability studies, performance studies
Able to conduct literature search and solve problems in areas of water, wastewater, food, hygiene chemicals and packaging materials
Work as a key technical contributor on projects/experiments/research of significant scope and complexity with very high impact on the business
Act with considerable latitude in determining technical approach required to meet desired outcomes
Interpret experimental / field trial data and communicate results clearly to peers and project teams in written reports and oral presentations
Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure and still deliver on time
Be an advocate of the region during Global meetings/forums to provide the regional needs and highlight challenges and opportunities of the IMEA region
Support raw material alternate supplier approval projects, localizations and finish good cost optimization
