  • Completed a minimum of 2 years of a Business, Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths undergraduate degree, but not graduated at the start of placement (must provide university evidence of ongoing undergraduate status and support for placement)
  • Strong understanding of the need for confidentiality and care when managing sensitive information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactivity, initiative, and ability to work under minimal supervision
  • PowerPoint and Excel skills essential; familiarity with or willingness to learn scheduling software (e.g., MS Project or Power BI)
  • Understanding of concepts associated with business reporting, resource management, schedule management, risk management, and key performance indicators

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Oral Health R&D Resource plan to forecast future resource requirements against available capacity to support data-driven decision making in portfolio governance meetings
  • Co-ordinate and support the Project Manager in specific projects to develop new and innovative oral health products for global markets
  • Support the Project Management leadership in continuous improvement initiatives and team development events
  • Run reports and queries across the portfolio of projects to support decision making and encourage good project management practice
