Requirements

Completed a minimum of 2 years of a Business, Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths undergraduate degree, but not graduated at the start of placement (must provide university evidence of ongoing undergraduate status and support for placement)
Strong understanding of the need for confidentiality and care when managing sensitive information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactivity, initiative, and ability to work under minimal supervision
PowerPoint and Excel skills essential; familiarity with or willingness to learn scheduling software (e.g., MS Project or Power BI)
Understanding of concepts associated with business reporting, resource management, schedule management, risk management, and key performance indicators

Responsibilities

Maintain the Oral Health R&D Resource plan to forecast future resource requirements against available capacity to support data-driven decision making in portfolio governance meetings
Co-ordinate and support the Project Manager in specific projects to develop new and innovative oral health products for global markets
Support the Project Management leadership in continuous improvement initiatives and team development events
Run reports and queries across the portfolio of projects to support decision making and encourage good project management practice
