Requirements
- Typically requires a 2-year degree and 1–2 years of experience or equivalent related experience
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English

- Experience with ERPs: Oracle
- Experience in the industry or global companies
- Industrial, Electronic, or Systems Engineering education preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Data entry of customer quotes (does not create quotes, only enters and prepares the data)
- Scrubbing of part numbers for accuracy
- Monitor quote process daily
- Communicate quote status on customer due date and advise sales to markup quote for customer
- Monitor pending quote items for completion, notify sales for markup, download into customer format and prepare for sending
