Candidates should possess strong programming skills in Python and/or C++, with a solid understanding of numerical methods, statistics, and/or machine learning applied to time-series data. Experience building research platforms, fitting pipelines, or backtesting frameworks, along with a history in high-performance computing environments and comfort with large-scale data is required. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field is necessary.
The Quantitative Developer will collaborate with researchers and traders to translate research ideas into production-grade code, shaping tools and frameworks for signal research, model fitting, and backtesting. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and optimizing research infrastructure, alpha generation pipelines, and real-time trading strategies. They will implement and optimize statistical/machine learning models, develop and maintain research pipelines, and build tools for fast, scalable research workflows and data analysis. Additionally, they will integrate new datasets, ensure code quality, performance, and robustness, and work closely with data engineers.
