Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s level degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, or other STEM-related program
  • Maintained a GPA greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 (or equivalent)
  • Fluent in oral and written English with effective communication skills
  • Able to relocate for the duration of the internship (locations vary)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or temporary resident (no employment sponsorship needed now or in the future)

Responsibilities

  • Conducting inspections and quality checks on products, materials, and equipment to ensure they meet industry standards and company specifications
  • Performing various tests and analyses on components, materials, and products to verify their integrity, functionality, and safety
  • Accurately documenting inspection and test results, including any non-conformities or defects, and reporting findings to the quality team
  • Assisting in investigating and identifying the root causes of quality issues or defects and working on corrective and preventive actions
  • Participating in quality assurance activities, including process audits, to ensure that quality control measures are being followed consistently
  • Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained
