Requirements

Diploma in mechanical engineering or technical discipline (preferred)
3 years’ experience in Quality inspection in oil and gas field environment
Certified welding inspector (preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of ASME, API 6A, API 17D & API 16A (preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
Require working shifts and irregular hours
Ability to read and apply established procedures
Ability to use Hardness Machine
Ability to perform dimensional inspection
Ability to review the mill certificate & perform the visual inspection
Good knowledge in FAT, Pressure test, Load test & Drift test

Responsibilities

Performing parts inspection, drawings and prints
Initiating non-conformance reports on all parts and assemblies that are not to drawing and print specifications
Ensuring that manufactured units meet quality control procedures, engineering specifications and customer requirements
Initiating corrective action requests when conditions adverse to quality are repetitive in nature
Complying to HSE & Quality policy
Effectively participate in HSE and Quality programs and training as assigned
