Middle school certificate
Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing process (SMT, Backend)
Six months of related experience in manufacturing process (one or more years preferred)
Intermediate electronic manufacturing experience, including knowledge of workmanship standards (preferred)
Advanced reading, writing, and math skills (12th grade level)
Inspection skills
Knowledge of PCBA and HLA product builds
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to maintain confidentiality of all company and customer information
Must complete training and become certified for Quality Ass (incomplete in description)

Responsibilities

Participate as required on root cause activities
Enter standardized information into GSF
Supervise work area according to 5S standards
Perform routine and repetitive inspection procedures to ensure quality levels at various stages of production
Visually inspect sub-assemblies and HLA level products using a magnifier or other tools, lot sampling methods, or 100% inspection
Keep supervisors informed and escalate issues when needed
