Minimum 3 years of experience in Test Management
Proficiency in Test Management and Risk Management
15 years full-time education
Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and tools
Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices
Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform testing strategies
Familiarity with various programming languages and scripting for test automation

Responsibilities

Enable full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle
Perform continuous testing for security, API, and regression suites
Create automation strategy, automated scripts, and support data and environment configuration
Participate in code reviews, monitor, and report defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process
Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME)
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and quality standards
Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure thorough coverage of application features
