Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in an Administrative/Coordinator role
  • 2 years of experience in valve documentation and quality control environment
  • Experience within Documentation teams previously is advantageous
  • Previous experience with SAP ERP System or similar alternative systems
  • Experience in a manufacturing / project environment or a dynamic industrial role
  • Ability to interface and communicate effectively with all levels of employees, management and diverse audiences
  • Attention to detail, excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and good personal organization skills
  • Proficient in software applications MS Word, Adobe Reader/ Nitro Pro, Excel is essential
  • Good team player and display good communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide QC support for manufacturing & assembly organizations by gathering and inspecting of Valves & Material tests certification from vendors of required products
  • Support the direct Channel Partner and End User's with required documentation as requested
  • Lead the QC documentation processes and initiate continuous improvements as needed
  • Upload all the Product Quality Records into the company repository for future customer download and use
  • Compile document packages with test report and material test reports, for Commercial valves
  • Review inspection test plans for valves and review and compile documents accordingly
  • Support the QC teams with inspections & non conformances as found
  • Support the Global Standardization for Product Quality documentation
  • Support the Quality organization with any coordination, inspection and administration duties
