Requirements

Bachelor, MBA or Advanced degree from an accredited University or College in Microbiology or applicable field
Minimum 4 years working experience within a Laboratory, preferably Quality Control Laboratory
Strong and accurate documentation skills
Ability to lead initiatives to improve ways of working in a laboratory through effective communication with local and international team
Effective problem identification and solving skills
Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 20lbs frequently up to 35lbs occasionally
Ability to stand or sit continuously for up to 3 hours at a time
Ability to use hand fine motor skills to complete lab tests

Responsibilities

Set up quality routines for the new QC Laboratory according to Quality Management Systems, including installation and commissioning of new equipment
Review and develop all types of analytical methods and SOPs to be used for the start-up of the operations
Perform investigations and deviation management according to Quality Management Systems
Build expertise for analytical activities in the Laboratory to gain enough knowledge to train peers
Lead and coordinate activities on site during the receiving and start-up of the laboratory
