Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED/equivalent (preferred)
  • Good understanding of Quality Assurance

Responsibilities

  • Perform material and component inspections
  • Perform DHR Documentation Review, quality control/release testing on products and incoming quality inspections, as well as tests of raw materials as directed
  • Perform dimensional and/or visual inspection to blueprints, using gauges and other reliant inspection equipment
  • Identify, document, segregate, evaluate, and disposition non-conforming material
  • Maintain compliance in a highly regulated environment for medical devices following Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
  • Read and inspect to blueprints, drawings and/or inspection guide sheets / instructions
  • Communicate findings effectively in oral and written form with the aim of improving processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with team members from areas including but not limited to Manufacturing, Procurement, Distribution, Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs
