Compliance with safety regulations and instructions
Responsibility for the safety of themselves, colleagues, and the workplace
Obligation to report (almost) accidents or unsafe situations directly, including proper written handling
Responsibility for maintaining order and cleanliness of the work environment
Good knowledge of the Dutch and English languages (both spoken and written)
Solid knowledge of measurement techniques, also in a medical context
Good computer skills and experience with MS-Office
Possession of the Quality Execution Diploma or a similar qualification with the same level
Minimum MBO work and/or thinking level

Responsibilities

Follows the quality procedures belonging to the QC Inspector position
Declares with their signature on a KZ (Quality Assurance) document that they have verified the measurements made by production personnel. If the measurements are not in agreement, procedure V320 is initiated
Performs line controls in accordance with KZ protocols, performs and records measurements
Collects reference samples and then releases or blocks production. Creates blockage reports if applicable and communicates this information to the QEHS Manager
Carries out quality assurance tasks (project participation) in consultation with the QEHS Manager
Instructs/trains employees on following KZ protocols and the use of measuring instruments
Makes recommendations and implements adjustments to KZ protocols in consultation with the QEHS Manager
Assists with trial injections and/or validations and reports findings to the QEHS Manager
Performs incoming inspections and blocks products that do not meet the specified quality requirements upon processing
Ensures adequate quality control of assigned product groups and enforcement and improvement of the quality of all products
Signals and advises timely of a reduced quality or impending deterioration
Regularly participates in work meetings
Adheres to the rules outlined in both the employment conditions agreement and company regulations
Follows necessary training courses and instruction
Initiates performance and evaluation meetings with their direct supervisor
The management is authorized to add one or more tasks to the above after successful completion of the necessary training(s)
