Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of quality auditing experience in Animal Health, Pharmaceutical, or Laboratory environments
  • Must have conducted 10 or more audits as a Lead Auditor
  • Strong working knowledge of GLP (21 CFR Part 58) and ISO 17025
  • Excellent audit reporting and communication skills
  • Availability for at least two audits per month (or one per month with potential to open additional REQs)
  • Must be located within or willing to travel up to 3 hours from the supplier. Ability to travel regionally as needed

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site supplier audits for clients in the Animal Health and Pharmaceutical sectors
  • Evaluate supplier compliance with GLP (21 CFR Part 58), ISO 17025, GMP, and other relevant standards
  • Assess laboratory quality systems, calibration practices, and data integrity controls
  • Prepare detailed audit plans, perform opening/closing meetings, and write thorough audit reports per SQA client specifications
  • Collaborate with the SQA Content Team for report reviews and follow-up questions
  • Represent SQA Services professionally with suppliers and clients
