Requirements

  • Engineering Degree required (Business or Engineering preferred)
  • Deep understanding of industry standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262)
  • QMS Internal auditor or ASPICE assessor competency (preferred certification by Intacs)
  • Practical knowledge of quality tools (DFMEA, PFMEA, PPAP etc.)
  • Automotive background (preferred experience in quality engineering)
  • Familiarity with Agile and tools like Jira, Confluence
  • Deep understanding of systems, software and hardware development and working across the enterprise
  • Experience from Functional Safety and CyberSecurity (preferred)
  • Very good communication, presentation, negotiation and assertiveness skills
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Leads quality activities on one or more projects
  • Defines the quality sampling strategy and authors the Quality Assurance Plan
  • Leads audits and assessments
  • Provides mentoring and status reports to project team
  • Performs assigned tasks, audits and tracks non-conformances through resolution to closure
  • Participates in software releases; tracks documentation readiness and approves to deliver
  • Leads efforts to root cause software Product Complaint Records in conjunction with associated project team
  • Reports status of quality work products and project KPIs
  • Captures lessons learned, shares knowledge across organization
  • Develops ideas for process improvement
