Requirements

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer in Mobile Games, demonstrating ownership and successful project completion. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to take up tasks from start to finish with little assistance, and the capacity to identify and address issues independently and effectively are required. A passion for mobile games with insight into the player's perspective and expectations, proven experience using various testing tools and methodologies for mobile games, and clear communication skills are also necessary. Fluent English (speaking and writing) is mandatory. Experience with Free-to-Play (F2P) games, game design principles, and release management are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The QA Engineer will lead the approach to maintain game health and ensure games are free of defects. This includes conducting comprehensive testing of mobile games to identify and document crucial defects, taking ownership of the entire QA process to assure quality and user experience. The role involves assisting in creating processes and tools to improve game quality, following technical KPIs of live games and proposing strategies for continuous improvement, and coordinating closely with design and development teams to provide essential feedback. Responsibilities also include prioritizing and executing testing tasks at different development stages, independently addressing and resolving issues, and fostering an open feedback culture. The engineer will also work with central tech teams in quality-related initiatives.
