Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
At least 2 years of experience working with Python
Confident proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks Django, Flask, or FastAPI
Experience with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, EC2) and serverless architecture
Experience with AI/ML frameworks
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM (Object Relational Mapping)
Knowledge of RESTful API principles and web services integration
Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git
Experience with containerization (Docker)
Knowledge of testing frameworks and experience writing unit and integration tests
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving abilities
English level — Intermediate or higher

Understanding of DevOps principles and experience with CI/CD pipelines
Experience deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production environments

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain server-side applications using Python and related frameworks
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best industry practices
Participate in the full software development lifecycle — from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment
Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of backend logic
Design, implement, and administer AWS Lambda functions to support serverless architecture
Integrate AI/ML models into applications and ensure their effective functioning within the system architecture
Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security
Fix software bugs and resolve technical issues
Participate in code reviews — providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality
Maintain detailed documentation of development processes, coding standards, and best practices
Continuously improve development processes by tracking the latest trends and technologies in the Python world
