Exceptional German and English communication skills (French, Spanish or Italian would be a plus)
Proven track record of managing international PR campaigns and events in the tech or SaaS industry
Public speaking coaching skills to transform executives into compelling speakers

Deep understanding of the German media landscape
Deep understanding of the German startup & fintech ecosystem and strong networking skills

Responsibilities

Lead, plan and conceive impactful PR campaigns, ROI-led, in line with brand image and business objectives on the German market
Maintain a strong, current understanding of the German media landscape
Leverage understanding of the German startup & fintech ecosystem and networking skills to proactively monitor political and industry developments, transforming insights into strategic recommendations
Develop and strengthen relationships with key media in technology, business and national press in Germany
Manage and prepare interview process for key local spokespersons
Brief and manage day-to-day the local public relations agency for successful execution and analysis of all communication activities
Develop editorial content to increase share of voice and ensure consistency of Qonto’s messaging: PR releases, speeches, Q&As, bylines, keynotes etc
Align and integrate plans with marketing, social, CS, legal and other business and brand stakeholders
Collaborate with the Global communications team to deliver strategic communications plans across owned and earned channels
Strengthen relationships with key media and lead local PR campaigns, supporting regional media strategies
Work hand in hand with Malte, the Managing Director for Central Europe, and accompany him in all his public communications
