Responsibilities

  • Responsibly handle all submissions to keep items safe and secure until pick-up
  • Receive and process submissions at the shop
  • Prioritize responsibilities during submission center hours
  • Organize and process orders by service level and expedite orders as necessary
  • Support the PSA/DNA team and work with shop management for events
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in person, over the phone, or through email
  • Actively solicit business in the shop
  • Provide weekly updates on submission center performance
  • Work closely with management and hobby shop team to improve processes and drive revenue
  • Look for ways to improve processes and overall customer experience
  • Assist customers with questions, intake submissions, package them safely, and ship to headquarters
  • Contribute to PSA brand growth at hobby shops via exceptional in-person, phone, and email customer care
  • Maintain professional image while answering inquiries and resolving concerns
  • Work onsite at Dave & Adam's in NYC and other events 3-5 days a week, with heavy overtime and weekends
