Requirements
- Comprehensive industry knowledge of trading cards (sports, non-sports, and trading card game (TCG) cards)
- Expert in PSA’s authentication and grading standards
- Detail-oriented and able to focus on cards for extended periods
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a positive team environment
- Preferred: One to three years of grading experience as a professional, dealer, or collector
Responsibilities
- Authenticate and evaluate the condition of trading cards (sports, non-sports, or TCG) in an expedient manner, maintaining accuracy
- Maintain individual daily grading production goals
- Improve knowledge and skill through personal research and experience
- Stay up-to-date with current industry developments and news, particularly regarding new counterfeits and alteration methods
- Maintain the quality of grading product
- Share knowledge to help improve the skill of the PSA Grading Team
- Engage in monthly meetings and re-training sessions as needed
