Requirements

  • Comprehensive industry knowledge of trading cards (sports, non-sports, and trading card game (TCG) cards)
  • Expert in PSA’s authentication and grading standards
  • Detail-oriented and able to focus on cards for extended periods
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a positive team environment
  • Preferred: One to three years of grading experience as a professional, dealer, or collector

Responsibilities

  • Authenticate and evaluate the condition of trading cards (sports, non-sports, or TCG) in an expedient manner, maintaining accuracy
  • Maintain individual daily grading production goals
  • Improve knowledge and skill through personal research and experience
  • Stay up-to-date with current industry developments and news, particularly regarding new counterfeits and alteration methods
  • Maintain the quality of grading product
  • Share knowledge to help improve the skill of the PSA Grading Team
  • Engage in monthly meetings and re-training sessions as needed
