Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent (high school diploma or GED)
Extensive knowledge of trading cards, especially from the 1990s to 2010s, including TCG genesis period
5-10 years of experience collecting, selling, and trading trading cards (e.g., Pokémon cards or other TCG)
Knowledge of graded items and PSA grading standards
Knowledge of card values and market trends; preferably collects graded items via online flea markets, card shops, official tournaments
Ability to pay meticulous attention to detail while concentrating for long periods
Strong organizational skills to achieve production goals and maximize productivity
Effective problem-solving skills
Team player who can actively cooperate with others
Ability to follow company rules and procedures, make sound judgments, complete tasks accurately and on time
Ability to prioritize tasks and identify what needs to be done first
Professional demeanor, treats others with respect, handles pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to produce high-quality, accurate products with thoroughness
Reliable, follows rules and supervisor instructions willingly
