A Ph.D. in Protein Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field (or M.S. with 2–5 years industry experience) is required, along with strong hands-on experience in protein purification and characterization techniques such as SEC, DLS, DSF, BLI, SPR, MS, and excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
The role involves working in a multidisciplinary team environment on the Tech Transfer team, collaborating cross-functionally with R&D scientists, automation & software engineers, bioinformaticists, and manufacturers in a fast-paced, innovation-driven company.
