- High school diploma or GED
- One year of property claims adjusting experience
- P&C Adjuster license required
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate and enter data on multiple screens
- Computer literate and comfortable working in a paperless environment
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm
Responsibilities
- Evaluate legal liability
- Aggressively pursue, negotiate, and resolve subrogation collection opportunities
- Provide ongoing communication and status updates to the insured and others associated with the claim activity
- Work with Advanced Analytics including AI, machine learning, and RPA technology for identification of subrogation claims
- Perform duties independently with a high level of accountability for timely and accurate results
- Listen effectively, communicate, resolve issues, and negotiate fair settlements
