Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik, Technische Gebäudeausrüstung oder vergleichbar
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Abwicklung von TGA-Investitionsprojekten
- Kenntnisse im Bereich des Projektmanagements
- Fundierte Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und Regelwerke (DIN, VDI, VOB, GEG/EnEV)
- Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache
- Bereitschaft zu regionaler Reisetätigkeit (10%)
Responsibilities
- Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung von Investitionsprojekten von der Idee über Planung, Ausschreibung, Umsetzung bis zur Inbetriebnahme
- Erstellung von Machbarkeitsstudien, technischen Konzepten und Investitionskostenschätzungen für TGA-Anlagen
- Durchführung von Basis- und Detailplanungen, Koordination der Beschaffung, Installation und Integration von technischen Anlagen in Neu- und Bestandsgebäude
- Erstellung technischer Spezifikationen sowie Vergabe und Steuerung von Ingenieur- und Planungsdienstleistungen
- Koordination und Überwachung externer Dienstleister und ausführender Firmen
- Interdisziplinäre Teamarbeit und enge Abstimmung mit Fachabteilungen wie Prozesstechnik, Instandhaltung, Arbeitssicherheit, Produktion und Forschung
