Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban and associated certifications (CSM, CSPO, etc.)
  • At least 7+ years’ experience in Agile product development, with at least 5+ years in a leadership or cross-team role
  • Solid understanding of and practical experience using AI technologies and concepts
  • Experience working with senior leadership and handling customer expectations
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence or similar)
  • Shown experience handling complex dependencies

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams across the globe, deploying critical solutions and technology foundational for delivering quality solutions
  • Provide program/project management functions from inception to deployment, including internal customer interaction, building strong relations and trust with customers
  • Support Nasdaq corporate and CAP Divisional initiatives such as implementation of AI Efficiency Reporting, Project Development Lifecycle (PDLC) Compliance, and implementation, adoption and evolution of project execution tools like Metrics Starter Pack and CAP Execution Maturity Assessment
  • Assist with definition, planning and execution of Nasdaq corporate and CAP divisional initiatives, track progress, facilitate synchronization events, remove impediments and mitigate risks to quarterly plan
  • Establish metrics to measure stability and predictability of Agile Teams/Team of Teams in delivering against planned objectives and find opportunities to reduce waste within the value delivery system
  • Serve as primary point of coordination across product development teams, ensuring consistency in agile practices, prioritization and results; facilitate communication and alignment across teams
  • Ensure product development efforts align with business goals and value is delivered efficiently; partner with Product & Technology Leaders and customers to handle backlogs, dependencies, risks and resources
  • Identify and handle dependencies, address blockers quickly, help teams understand work fit into larger business objectives, and ensure smooth coordination
  • Proactively identify potential risks or issues across teams and develop strategies to mitigate or address them in alignment with broader business objectives
  • Promote and enhance Agile protocols across teams; act as a coach to continuously improve Agile practices, delivery and communication
  • Work closely with senior leadership and customers to meet expectations, provide clarity and visibility; help evaluate economic trade-offs, provide data-driven insights, and deliver regular updates on Team of Teams performance and metrics
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, streamlining delivery and encouraging innovation across teams
