The Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial planning and budgeting to final closeout, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. They will actively participate in RFP responses, manage project costs, coordinate with internal teams and trade partners, and maintain clear communication with clients. Additionally, the Project Manager will be responsible for risk mitigation, document control, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, as well as supporting business development and mentoring junior team members.
